Raiders trade Bryan Edwards to Falcons

The Raiders have traded receiver Bryan Edwards to the Atlanta Falcons, the team announced on Friday. The Falcons are reportedly receiving Edwards and a 2023 seventh-round pick in exchange for a 2023 fifth round pick.

Las Vegas selected Edwards with a third-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. He caught 11 passes for 193 yards and a touchdown in his rookie season. He nearly tripled that production last season, catching 34 passes for 571 yards and three touchdowns.

Edwards now boosts depth for the Falcons’ receiver room, which added rookie Drake London with the eighth overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.
